Payment will be made with credit or debit card after your appointment.
Your chosen credit or debit card details will be kept on file and payment will be processed automatically at each session. This information and payment processing occurs through HealthKit, an Australian-based, secure, practice management provider.
Your receipt will be emailed to you at the end of the week, after each session – you can use this to claim a Medicare rebate or private health insurance rebates.
If there is an issue with your chosen card and payment doesn’t get processed, you will be notified as soon as possible. Please provide an alternate payment method (i.e. different credit or debit card).
Payment for previous sessions must be received/processed before any further speech therapy sessions can be held with your child.
